What's our loyalty program all about?
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on regular price and sale items.
Q: How can I redeem my rewards?
A: Rewards can be redeemed in-store or online. Please inquire about your available rewards at checkout when you're ready to redeem. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions and cannot be used on sale purchases.
Q: Do points expire?
A: No points do not expire.
Q: Can I earn points on sale items?
A: Yes! Points are earned on both regular price and sale items.
Q: Can I earn points for purchases I made before joining?
A: Unfortunately, points cannot be collected for previous purchases. Points start accruing once your account is active.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were purchased or delivered to you. All sale items are final sale. Please refer to Returns page for more information.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only offer shipping within Canada. Please provide PO box alternative
What sizes do you offer?
Our size range typically runs from 34-44 (4-14) and XS-XL. Keep in mind that brands, styles, and fabrics fit differently. We are happy to assist you with more information on sizing.
